Training
Training is available on the use of eziLinkTM for creating e-submissions for government. The training covers an introduction to e-submissions to the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, the basics of using eziLinkTM to create submissions, and the features of eziLinkTM. eziLinkTM Support and Maintenance
eziLinkTM is a fully supported application with staff available to answer your questions and help you resolve your issues. We offer support through a variety of support packages that allow the users to select the best option for their needs. We offer telephone support and e-mail support with guaranteed response times during normal working hours.
We also provide an on-going maintenance package to ensure that eziLinkTM users always have access to patches and updates to the software.
eziLinkTM Customization
To help our customers integrate and utilize eziLinkTM in the most efficient way possible within their existing environment, the eziLinkTM team will be happy to look at the opportunity to build customized solutions with eziLinkTM. These solutions could include:

Submission Creation Services
For those that would rather outsource the creation of their tenure/permit and silviculture submissions, we offer submission creation services through Forsite Consultants Ltd.
